1. Using VendLoot
You must use VendLoot lawfully and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
2. AI-generated content
VendLoot can generate titles, descriptions, tags, FAQs and images. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a marketplace. You must review generated content before publishing or selling with it.
3. Seller responsibility
You are responsible for the products, accounts, digital goods and claims in your listings. VendLoot does not verify ownership, transferability, marketplace eligibility or compliance of the items you sell.
4. Prohibited use
Do not use VendLoot for fraud, scams, stolen goods, malware, credential theft, deceptive impersonation, illegal content, intellectual-property infringement, or activities that violate a game, platform, marketplace or payment provider's rules.
5. Credits
Credits are units used to access VendLoot AI features. Credits are not cash, cryptocurrency, stored value, or transferable money. Credit costs may differ by feature and are shown inside the product before use. Purchased credit packs do not automatically renew unless VendLoot clearly introduces and you separately accept a recurring product.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal. Their terms, availability, risk checks and compliance rules also apply. A credit purchase is treated as completed only after VendLoot receives a verified successful payment result.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance or product quality. We may also update credit pricing or feature costs for future purchases or uses.
8. Suspension
We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security threats, chargebacks, legal requirements or serious violations of these terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
VendLoot is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, marketplace approval, sales performance, or accuracy of AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
