1. Information we process
We may process account information such as your email address and display name; listing inputs and generated content; product images you upload or generate; credit activity; technical, analytics and campaign-attribution information such as referral source and UTM parameters; support requests; and limited payment records such as payment status, package, amount, provider order identifiers and payer email when returned by the payment provider.
2. Payment data
VendLoot does not need to store your full card number or PayPal password. Payment credentials and funding details are handled by the payment provider. VendLoot stores only information needed to verify a purchase, add credits, prevent duplicate crediting and support payment issues.
3. Why we use information
We use information to authenticate users, generate AI content, save products, manage credits, verify purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, secure the service, measure campaign performance and improve reliability.
4. Service providers
VendLoot relies on service providers for infrastructure and product functionality, including database/authentication hosting, web hosting, AI processing and payment processing. Information is shared with those providers only as needed to provide the relevant function.
5. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and protect against fraud. Different categories may have different retention periods.
6. Security
We use access controls and technical safeguards designed to limit unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their account credentials.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other handling of personal information. Submit a request through the Contact page. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
8. International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries different from yours. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be used for international transfers.
9. Children
VendLoot is not intended for children who are not legally able to enter into the relevant agreement or use the service under applicable law. Do not submit personal information on behalf of a child where consent or authorization is required and has not been obtained.
10. Updates
We may update this policy as VendLoot changes. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date or other appropriate notice.
